What actually moves the price

Hours on the ground

The single biggest factor. One hour suits a focused portrait or single-dog session; two hours allows two locations; a half or full day covers events, brand content days and kennel work.

Deliverables, not just shooting

A quoted price covers selection, editing, grading and delivery. Anyone quoting only shoot time is quoting half the job — ask what editing is included before you compare numbers.

Location and access

Public streets and parks are straightforward. Venues, estates and managed sites can require written permission; those requirements are raised before you pay, never after.

Travel outside London

UK work outside Greater London adds a transparent travel calculation — fuel, tolls and £25 per hour of travel time. European and worldwide briefs are quoted individually with logistics stated in writing.
